What is your return and exchange policy?

At this time, due to COVID-19 and for health & safety reasons, we will not be able to perform any refunds or exchanges.

How long does shipping take?

All orders will be shipped out through Canada Post and will take 5-7 business days to ship.

If you still haven't received it please let us know and we will help you track your package.

I just checked my tracking number and it is saying invalid/label not yet created. Where is my order?

This typically means we have shipped your order and Canada Post has picked it up. Canada Post will scan your order within the next 24 hours and you will be able to track it from there. Please give the status page 24 hours to update. If you don't see an update after that, feel free to reach out to us via chat or by email.

How much is shipping?

Rates are determined by size and weight of your order and will be applied at checkout

Orders over $50.00 are free shipping. Standard shipping rate is $5 in Ontario and $10 in Canada. 

Where do you ship?

At this time we only ship within Canada.
